Chapter 2: Folk
This is the second release from the Fable whisky company. This spectacular Linkwood follows the first Linkwood release from Fable. It represents the Folk of Clanyard Bay. It is embodied by the Linkwood 7 year old, a classic northern Speysider, full of character.
The Fable brand is built on storytelling, art and illustration. They aim to set the imagination free and open up the charming and romantic world of fine independent whiskies.
An independent bottler who is far from the ordinary, Fable bring legendary myths to life through arts and animation, showcasing hand selected single malts with distinctive taste and intriguing character.
Their first instalment dives into the legend of 'The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay', a story hailing from the south west coast of Scotland, close to Stranraer.
Fable have collaborated with artist Hugo Cuellar to design the labels, characters and scenes, creating the enchanted world that forms a set of eleven chapter releases.
This 7 year old Linkwood hogshead was bottled at a cask strength ABV of 59.1%, with zero chill filtration and no added colour... just the way we like it!
A refreshing Speyside spirit with a fruity floral punch and a kick of spice, a favourite among the folk of Clanyard!
